Refunds + Returns

All sales are final - if you wish to request a return please send the following information to info@prawncocktail.net

Requirements 

• Order number 
• Name of Customer
• Reason for return/refund

Once we receive your enquiry we will evaluate whether your order qualifies for a refund/return

• all shipping fees are non refundable
• shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer
• returns are not accepted past one month of purchase
